VENDOR TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Upon Submitting above information and donation Vendor and Play4Autism Foundation agree to the following:
VENDOR CONDUCT
We are looking to create a family-friendly, safe and pleasant environment, so you must comply with the following guidelines:

Fair, courteous, non-discriminatory, and professional staff

Keep a well-maintained, safe, and clean space

Provide quality service and products
-
Any violation of the above expectations risks having your space revoked
TERMS OF SPACE RENTAL

Setup starts at 10:00 am. Breakdown at 4:00 pm (conclusion of event)

Vendors will be allowed to unload and load their vehicles at the assigned spots in front of FIVE BELOW.

Vendors will receive a parking pass for the Norh Garage for the duration of the event. Please note that their are height restrictions for using the gararge.

Vendors are requested to stay for the duration of the event unless prior notification (by noon on Friday, April 22nd) is given

Vendors will receive a 10’-by-10’ space for the day.

Vendors will be assigned (random) their space prior to the event unless a previous request is made prior to Wednesday, April 20th.

Vendors will bring your own canopies/tent (not to exceed 8 feet in height), tables, chairs and trash bags. Please Note that stakes may not be used to secure canopy and/or tent, please use sandbag or weighted bags

Vendors must supply and/or display professional looking sgnage, banner and or table skirting on respective table(s)

Vendor will recieve exclusive rights according to their product or service (Play4Autism will not allott space to a competing vendor unless both Parties agree to such being done).

Vendor will receive a permanent link with company logo on event website (CLICK HERE to view) and also on Play4Autism.org

Vendor will receive Social Media mentions prior to and after scheduled event.

No Music: Vendors are not permitted to play any music without the express authorization of the Event Organizer.

No Smoking. No smoking is permitted at assigned space.

No Alcoholic Beverages: Vendors may not sell or consume any alcoholic beverages.
Please note that this is a FREE event open to the general public and that suggested donation amount and/or all donations/contributions will benefit the event and Play4Autism's Kidz into Action Programs.
The Play4Autism Foundation is a Registered Not-For-Profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. ​

In the event of inclement weather conditions either forcasted or on the day of the event, Play4Autism Foundation and The Shops at Atlas Park will determine an alternative day/date for the scheduled event upon making such decision and notify each vendor appropriately.
